About Me
I moved from Beijing to Los Angeles with my family at the age of nine. After graduating from an all girl's prep school, I graduated from Cornell University's College of Business with a BS in Hotel Administration.
After college, I worked in real estate private equity at LaSalle Investment Management, then in Seattle, at one of the largest family offices in the world. I then moved to New York and pivoted into strategy and operations at the largest US fertility benefit provider (Progyny).
Only in my mid 20s did I begin to recognize how profoundly the complexities of growing up between two contrasting cultures had shaped my sense of self. Because of that experience, I’ve committed myself to helping families who are preparing their children for similar cross-cultural intersections. I now offer the perspective, grounding, and mentorship I once needed, but never had.
Both my professional and personal experiences provided me with an in-depth understanding of what it takes to thrive and succeed across cultures. This combination has allowed me to successfully guide my clients to thrive and adapt with their multicultural identity.
