Program Overview

The advisory program is tailored to each family and child's needs, and integrates emotional development, identity work, and cross-cultural readiness.

A core value of this program is that students receive guidance from someone who has personally navigated the same cross-cultural challenges they face today, offering a perspective that is close enough for them to feel understood, yet mature enough to offer the maturity and grounded perspective needed to guide them forward with confidence.

Who This Program Is For

1. Students preparing to study abroad

Students who want structured support in social integration, confident self-expression, and cross-cultural understanding.

2. Third Culture Kids (TCKs)

Youth growing up between cultures who may face challenges such as identity confusion, loneliness, or difficulty feeling a sense of belonging.

3. High-achieving, self-aware students who experience internal pressure

Students who appear strong but often feel tense, perfectionist, or anxious, and struggle to communicate their true emotional needs.

4. Families committed to long-term growth and parents who value deep communication and emotional health

Families who are not seeking quick fixes, but who care about their child's emotional maturity, mental resilience, and global adaptability.

Parents who want to better understand their child and support them through cross-cultural transitions in a healthy, sustainable way.

Who This Program Is Not For

1. Families seeking purely academic prep

This program does not provide exam prep, or academic score improvement. We partner with other institutions who focus on academics as their area of expertise.

2. Families expecting quick fixes

Emotional development, identity formation, and resilience require time, consistency, and family involvement.

3. Families focused solely on admissions outcomes

Students in this program naturally become more confident, emotionally mature, and adaptive. All qualities that make them more attractive to schools.

However, the program is focused on personal growth, and it does not provide background building, resume polishing, or any services typical of admissions agencies.

"Teresa helped me mentally prepare to deal with a lot of the challenges that I'm currently facing as a freshman in college. I wouldn't have been able to go through my first semester without her!"
